Whiskey Barrel Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar with Dried Mango
The initial tasting notes on your back palate make you think that you've tasted a 6-year-aged bourbon with sweet and earthy notes from the charred oak then you get the rich, fruity syrupy sweetness of classic balsamic vinegar, with the finish of tropical mango. Glaze a pork chop, or salmon filet, drizzle over burrata or escarole, and shaved parmesan.
This vinegar ages in the barrel for over one year and each order is freshly filled from that barrel.
