Yields 6-8 servings

Spicy Korean Soju BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
2 medium garlic cloves peeled
1/4 C Gochujang; Korean Chili Paste
1/8 C Chili Paste such as Sabal Oelek
1 Tbs Sesame Oil
1/3 C Brewed, non-seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 Tbs Soju; Korean Sprit
1 Tsp Korean Chili Powder (you can you cayenne if you are a cheater…)
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth; refrigerate.
If you are pre-marinating meat such as chicken add additional Rice Vinegar to thin sauce
Coat Ribs, Pork Butt, Chicken, etc. You can also use this as a stir fry sauce. Best to cook either on meats cooking or stir fried to develop Garlic flavor
